Roger Roley

The Education Pillar mission is to open and make available pathways to collaboration and assistance for any veteran or military family member in the pursuit of an education in the university system or technical colleges, and those looking for certifications, internships, and apprenticeships.

Roger Roley, FourBlock & Director of the Education Pillar

Roger Roley is the South East Regional Program Director for FourBlock; The FourBlock Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization that prepares transitioning veterans for careers in corporate America. FourBlock teaches a semester long, university accredited course that assists student-veterans with obtaining competitive internships and full-time positions. FourBlock has a national present in 9 cities.

Roger retired from the Army where he served for 24 years; during his tenure Roger had several positions of Leadership and responsibility and was awarded the Bronze Star, Legion of Merit and numerous other awards. Roger achieved the of Command Sergeants Major.

After retiring from the Army Roger joined Ferrellgas as a District Manager where he took a District ranked at #123 to #1.

Roger joined Cintas in 2001 as an Advance Management Candidate; during the next 11 years Roger held the positions of; Market Manager, Sales Manager and Director of Facility Services (Group Level) for 23 locations.

Roger joined Osprey Biotechnics Inc. in January 2012 as Vice President of Operation/ Business Development.

Roger joined VETLANTA, an industry collaboration of Veteran friendly/affiliated organizations in the greater Atlanta area.  VETLANTA’s mission is to make Atlanta a top destination for veterans. He is currently the Director of the Education Pillar in VETLANTA.

Roger has a Bachelor degree in Business/HR from Wichita State.

Roger has been married to Astrid for 35 years and has 2 children (Heike and Martin) and 3 grandchildren.
